Thank you for choosing THE PAPER DOILY STORE for your purchase! I know there are many vendors to choose from and we are most gracious for the support! If you have any questions or problems just contact us! There is a solution to every concern!

DYED PAPER DOILIES: Each doily order is custom dyed by hand which produces variation in tone, depth and hue. The different variables are due to each doily being hand dyed, different paper doily lots, different dye lots and computer monitors! To ELIMINATE DISAPPOINTMENT, please contact us for a 4" doily color sample to make sure the color choice is correct! EACH DOILY ORDER IS CUSTOM DYED JUST FOR YOU AND DYED DOILIES ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

RE-ORDERS: If you place a dyed doily order and then place a subsequent order, we cannot guarantee that the color will match your prior order.

WHITE, IVORY & METALLIC DOILIES: In stock and ship next business day!

RETURNS and EXCHANGES: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with the exception of dyed doilies unless The Paper Doily Store has made an error. Please contact us with concerns because all issues can be resolved! 

Seller shall issue a refund for the product only (original and return shipping will not be refunded) upon receipt of the original item received in resalable condition. Please pack return items in protective packaging. Please contact us before returning.
