Shipping & Returns


ALL ORDERS SHIP through the US Postal Service (USPS) as a 1st Class Package or Priority depending on weight. 1st Class packages can take 3 to 7 business days for delivery and Priority is 2 to 3 business days. If you need your item sooner, be sure to upgrade to Priority Shipping at check out! Upgrading to Priority Shipping will not reduce your lead time to dye your orders.

You will receive an email confirmation with a shipping date and tracking number.

IF YOU NEED your doilies by a certain date, simply contact us with the following info and will let you know if we can accommodate your request.

How many doilies needed, size(s), color(s), date of event and what State we would be shipping to.

INTERNATIONAL shipments are shipped thorough the US postal service but once the parcel leaves the US, there is no longer tracking through USPS. I cannot guarantee delivery and your package can take up to 30 days to arrive! Flat rate shipping is to the US and it’s Territories.

INTERNATIONAL buyers are responsible for any taxes or duties required to be paid in your Country. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY to check with your Country as to what fees, tax, etc. you will be charged when your parcel arrives. All packages are required to have a customs form with the contents and purchase price affixed to the package.


Stock doily orders (meaning all doilies not dyed) are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Dyed doilies are considered a “custom order”, each order dyed specifically for you and are not eligible for return. If you have any questions or concerns, just email us a message so it can be resolved!


Seller shall issue a refund for the product only (original and return shipping will not be refunded) upon receipt of the original item received in resalable condition. Please pack return items in protective packaging. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING!
