Important Information to Read before Purchasing Dyed Doilies

Colors
Colors & hues may slightly vary due to different doily lots, computer monitor differences, different dye lots and each doily being hand dyed one at a time. If you are to order a subsequent batch there is no guarantee the color will match the prior order.

Samples
TO AVOID ANY DISAPPOINTMENT, please contact us with your name, address and color choices for 4" samples to be mailed at no charge.



Lead Time
Please allow a 10-day lead time for dyeing your order and preparing your order for shipment. Each order is hand dyed as received - we do not stock any dyed doily inventory. If you need your doilies by a certain date we certainly do all we can to accommodate your request. Simply send us a message with the following information and we will reply whether we can fulfill your request or not. Size and quantity of doilies, date needed, and the State where your order will be shipping.
All white and metallic doilies ship next business day.

Sizing
Sizes listed for round doilies are a diameter measurement from one edge to the other. Be sure to grab your ruler to verify what size doily you need for your project. Feeling stuck? Be sure to visit our Inspiration and Tutorial pages for some great info to assist with decision making.

Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail with a 3-7 day shipping time at a flat rate cost of $3.95. Need your shipping time reduced? Simply choose USPS Priority (2-3 day shipping) at check out for an additional cost of $7.00. Choosing Priority Shipping will not reduce your processing time for custom dyed doilies.

Canada & Overseas Shipments
We only ship the United States and its Territories and all APO/FPO Service member addresses too. If you are in Canada and want to place an order, please contact us and we will quote you a shipping cost to Canada.

Returns
Because your order is custom dyed just for you, we are not able to accept any returns except for stock doilies not dyed. If The Paper Doily Store has made a mistake, please contact us so the problem can be promptly fixed.
